How It Works.
If your property qualifies, Solace Stays will take on your property for a longer-term period that is to be agreed between yourself and us.
We will offer you a guaranteed income on the basis that we can market your property as Serviced Accommodation. If necessary, we will carry out some cosmetic improvements such as decorating, carpets, and furnishings to make sure your property is up to spec, and we’ll keep it that way.
Throughout the agreed period we will also take over any day-to-day maintenance issues. All that is left to you as a Landlord is to watch the money drop into your bank account each month, over and over.
